AE…REMEMBER ME?
(HOW PRISTINE TRUTH PUT YOU IN BIG SHAME)
004
KAHIHIYAN.
AE, REMEMBER
THIS
Noong June 17, 2015 ay inilathala ni “Antonio
Ebangelista” ang kaniyang artikulo na may pamagat na “THE STORY OF THE ‘OTHER’
FYM FOUNDATION INC.”
petsang Marso 27, 2016 at may pamagat na “EVM: THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO
CORRUPTION!”.
“What Corruption??? What
Evidences??? What Money Trail??? Impossible!!! or is it? Let’s follow the paper
trail ladies and gentlemen. But please be warned, this is not for the weak
hearted and the mentally slow people… you have been warned. If you are ready…
do read on… (you can click on the URL Links to verify the authenticity).”
at utak (“this is not for the weak hearted and the mentally slow people”). Kaya
kaniyang SAGOT na may pamagat na “THE TRUTH ABOUT THE SUBIC-BAY FELIX Y. MANALO
FOUNDATION”.

THE TRUTH
ABOUT
THE
SUBIC-BAY FELIX Y. MANALO
FOUNDATION
First posted last June 18, 2015 as Response
to AE’s "The Story of the ‘other’ FYM Foundations Inc." (June 17,
2015)
Is it really
a “secret foundation doing a dirty work” or it's not a secret but the legal arm of the Church use for
the construction of the Philippine Arena, Philippine Sports Center and
Philippine Stadium and other future projects of the Church?
THOSE opposing the Church
Administration is known for telling half-truth and half-lie. Telling a true
event, but giving “malicious opinion” about this “truth” or surrounding it with
lies to make their readers believe that there are something wrong in the Church
today.
Remember the Scenic, South
Dakota issue? It is true that the Church bought this property in July, 2011 and
it is also true that there is a construction project known as “Keystone XL Pipeline
project.” The lie is what these people said that the Scenic property was bought
by the Church for making a big profit out of the “Keystone XL Pipeline project.
This is a lie because when the Church bought the Scenic property, during that
time the Keystone XL pipeline project was still a proposal submitted to US
government in 2010, but many oppose this project. Also, the Scenic property is
not included to the areas where the Keystone Pipleline will cross because of
it’s location that it is beside the Badland National Park. The original price
of the property was 3 million US dollars, but it was reduced to 799,000 US
dollars. Hence, if the property was a potential billion-dollar maker, would the
original owner sell it, or would she sell it for only 799,000 US dollar? Why
reducing the price from 3M to 799,000?
Also, remember the issue about
the “prime properties” of the Church being sold? It is true that there are
“prime properties” of the Church that have been sold, but it is a lie saying that the
Church is in great debt that’s why these “prime properties” were sold. They
covered the other half of the “truth” – (1) that these “prime properties” are
not places of worship, but “rest houses”; (2) that no locale, district and
Church’s department are using these
properties, not even the present Executive Minister, thus, these properties are
in the category of no longer needed by the Church or the Church has no longer use
for them; and (3) that there are large expenses in maintaining these “prime properties”
including taxes, and expenses for the maintenance and security. Thus, selling
these properties only shown how the Church Administration efficiently manage
the finances of the Church.
Those opposing the Church Administration again came with another
half-true/half-lie “revelation.” In
their latest article entitled “The Tale of the Two FYM Foundation, Inc” posted
in June 17, 2015, this is what they said:
“Over the Years, The FYM Foundation Inc. have
basked in the limelight whenever it is announced over the INC News, whenever we
read its name in the Circulars, whenever every successful story was out and
about “the” FYM Foundation. But did you ever hear about the “other” FYM
Foundation? Another FYM Foundation, yet hidden in the dark as it’s invisible
and mysterious twin sister? Never heard. Never mentioned. Only spoken in
murmurs and whispers in closed-door Sanggunian Meetings and select confidential
personnel.
“I didn’t mean
to sound like a morbid horror story, so here’s a quick Trivia: There are
two — yes 2, not 1 — Felix Y. Manalo Foundations registered with the Philippine
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC):
“1. Felix Y.
Manalo Foundation Inc.; and
“2. Subic Bay-Felix
Y. Manalo Foundation Inc.”
[Antonio Ebangelista, “The Tale of the Two FYM Foundation, Inc”
June 17, 2015]
Why do we say that their
“report” regarding the Subic-bay FYM Foundation is half-true and half-lie?
THE PART WHICH
IS TRUE
It
is true that there are two
FYM Foundations [actually there are three: FYM Medical Foundation, FYM
Foundation (Lingap), and Subic-bay FYM Foundation]. However, those
documents shown in the article by those opposing the Church
Administration ONLY TELL THE EXISTENCE of the
other FYM Foundation called “Subic-Bay FYM Foundation, Inc.”
Image 01
“Photos
of the “documents” about the Subic-Bay FYM Foundation published in the article
of those opposing the church Administration
Study carefully these
“documents.” These documents only show the existence of the Subic-Bay FYM Foundation,
and nothing in these documents that proving their claim of corruptions and anomalies happening inside the
Church. It is like a person accused of murder that when his accusers were ask
to show evidence, the accusers brought his birth certificate. The birth certificate
shows that this person was born and he do exist, and it shows his real name, but
it has nothing to do with the case he is accuse of. A person's birth certificate
doesn’t prove that he is a murderer.
Also, the documents shown by those opposing the Church Administration in their article regarding the Subic-bay FYM foundation only proves that Subic-Bay FYM Foundation indeed exist, but these are not proofs of corruptions and anomalies happening inside the Church.
Also, the documents shown by those opposing the Church Administration in their article regarding the Subic-bay FYM foundation only proves that Subic-Bay FYM Foundation indeed exist, but these are not proofs of corruptions and anomalies happening inside the Church.
OK, let us go to the half-lie
of their "expose".
THE PART WHICH
IS FULL OF LIES
(1) IT’S A SECRET AND NO ONE KNOWS IT BUT THE MEMBERS OF THE SANGGUNIAN.
Is Subic-Bay FYM Foundation a “secret” that nobody knows it?
Those opposing the Church
Administration claim that this “Subic-Bay FYM Foundation” is a secret foundation that no
one knows its existence but only the members of the Sanggunian:
“Over
the Years, The FYM Foundation Inc. have basked in the limelight whenever it is
announced over the INC News, whenever we read its name in the Circulars,
whenever every successful story was out and about “the” FYM
Foundation. But did you ever hear about the “other” FYM Foundation?
Another FYM Foundation, yet hidden in the dark as it’s invisible and mysterious
twin sister? Never heard. Never mentioned. Only spoken in murmurs and whispers
in closed-door Sanggunian Meetings and select confidential personnel.” [Antonio
Ebangelista, “The Tale of the Two FYM
Foundation, Inc” June 17, 2015]
Wow! Another of their “conspiracy
theory.” Antonio Ebangelista said, “Another
FYM Foundation, yet hidden in the dark as it’s invisible and mysterious twin
sister? Never heard. Never mentioned. Only spoken in murmurs and whispers in
closed-door Sanggunian Meetings and select confidential personnel.” SECRET? NO ONE
KNOWS IT BUT ONLY THE SANGGUNIAN?
No one knows it but the
Sanggunian? Brother Benjamin Chua knows it because he is one of the
incorporators. Sister Dorothy Kristine Manalo-Orosa knows it , she is also one
of the incorporators. Glessy G. Esguerra-Dizon knows it because she is the
corporate secretary of the foundation, and also Persida V. Garcia knows it
because she is the CFO of the foundation. THEY ARE NOT MEMBERS OF THE SANGGUNIAN.
Everybody in SBMA knows it
because it is included in their financial report:

Thank you Antonio Ebanghelista for providing us this “picture” of the document
showing that “Subic-Bay FYM Foundation” is indeed not a secret that only
members of the Sanggunian knows it.
SEC (Security and Exchange
Commission) knows it:
Image

Acknowledgment:
Again, thank you Antonio Ebanghelista for providing us the proof that everybody
in SEC knows it, and as organization registered in SEC, all the documents of
the Subic-Bay Foundation can be accessed by everyone.
And most of all, Ka Eduardo knows it! One of the “incorporators” and a
member of the “board” is his eldest daughter, sister Dorothy Kristine
Manalo-Orosa, a lawyer.
PONDER THIS: If Subic-Bay FYM
Foundation is intended to be “a secret that no one knows it but the members of
the Sanggunian,” why name it “Subic-Bay FELIX Y. MANALO foundation Inc.”? The
“name” of the foundation proves that it is not a “secret” foundation, nor it is
intended to be hidden from the public.
THE LIE: Subic-Bay Foundation
is a secret that no one knows it but the members of the Sanggunian. THE TRUTH:
It is not a secret that only members of the Sanggunian knows it. Many people
knows it, especially Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, the Executive Miniser of the
Iglesia Ni Cristo.
(2) THIS FOUNDATION IS FOR “LEISURE,” THUS, IT’S AN ANOMALY. Why
Subic-Bay FYM Foundation is under the category of “leisure”?
Antonio Ebangelista noted
that this foundation is under the category of “leisure.”And to give “malice”
against the Subic-Bay FYM Foundation, this is what he further said:
“Let’s
try to figure out which of these Core Function of BID Leisure is the one suited
for the Felix Y. Manalo Foundation
“OUR
CORE FUNCTIONS
“To
process all new leisure investment proposals in the SBFZ. Project proposals
concerning any of the following business activities shall be handled by the

resort, restaurant/cafes

§ RECREATIONAL
AND AMUSEMENT CENTERS/PARKS

§ Advise
on SBMA regulations, policies and procedures
[Antonio
Ebangelista, “The Tale of the Two FYM
Foundation, Inc” June 17, 2015]
Why is Subic-Bay FYM Foundation
under the category of “leisure”? Because the “government agency” involved put
the RECREATIONAL AND AMUSEMENT CENTERS/PARKS, SPORTS MANAGEMENT EVENTS, GOLF
COURSE, WATER SPORTS AND DIVING OPERATIONS, and MEDICAL TOURISM, HEALTH CARE
SERVICES under this category called “leisure.”
RECREATIONAL AND AMUSEMENT
CENTERS/PARKS? Subic-Bay FYM Foundation was incorporated in 2012 which was also
the year when we started to build the Philippine Arena. Is the Philppine Arena
not under “recreational and amusement centers/parks”?
SPORTS MANAGEMENT EVENTS, GOLF
COURSE, WATER SPORTS AND DIVING OPERATIONS? The Church during the year 2012 did
not only started the construction of the Philippine Arena, but also the
Philippine Sports Stadium and the Philippine Sports Complex.
MEDICAL TOURISM, HEALTH CARE
SERVICES? The Church is also planning to build a hospital in the Ciudad de
Victoria complex, and the existing New Era General Hospital is also under the
process of being upgraded and expanded.
“Anomaly” is a deviation from
the law, rules or regulations. It is the law which dictates that RECREATIONAL
AND AMUSEMENT CENTERS/PARKS, SPORTS MANAGEMENT EVENTS, GOLF COURSE, WATER
SPORTS AND DIVING OPERATIONS, and MEDICAL TOURISM, HEALTH CARE SERVICES are under
the category of “leisure.” THUS, IT IS
NOT A DEVIATION FROM THE LAW, IT IS NOT AN ANOMALY.
(3) THIS FOUNDATION IS FOR “PROFIT GAINING.” Is Subic-Bay FYM
Foundation established for “profit gaining”?
Antonio Ebangelista noted
that one of the objectives of the Subic-Bay FYM Foundation is to engage in export
and import activities:
Image 04
Thank you Antonio Ebanghelista for providing us a copy of the
by-laws of the Subic-Bay FYM Foundation.
Thus, Antonio Ebangelista
accused the Subic-Bay FYM Foundation as for profit gaining or a business
venture because it engage in export and import activities.
“Import
and Export Transactions entail PROFIT. Profit for whom? Follow the quack!”
“Engage in export and import
transactions” immediately for “profit gaining? The words “export and import” are
not use only in “business” or “profit gaining.” Even in computer, especially
regarding photos and files we use the words “export and import.” The Subic-Bay
FYM Foundation engage in “export and import” transactions not for the sole
purpose of gaining profit. Remember her status – a NON-PROFIT FOUNDATION.
Thus, in this case, the word
“export” mentioned in the by-Laws of the foundation means “engaging in the
transport of commodities or materials from our country to another country but
not for the sole purpose of gaining profit,” and “import” mentioned in the by-Laws
of the foundation means “engaging in the transport of commodities or materials
from other country to our country but not for the sole purpose of gaining
profit.”
It is like the religious
bookstores in Bataan and Quezon City. These bookstores import copies of the
Bible, and they even sell the copies of the Bible they imported, but they are
still considered non-profit organization or their non-profit status remains
although they import and sell copies of the Bible and other books, because they do these not for the
sole purpose of gaining profit. Thus, indeed, there are non-profit
organizations that engage in export and import activities but not for the sole
purpose of gaining profit. Thus, this statement is a big lie:
“According
to the Bureau of Customs (B.O.C.), FYMF is duly licensed and accredited as an
importer/exporter…So now we know that INC influence and control over B.O.C. is
very crucial, because the Sanggunian is actively involved in
IMPORTATION/EXPORTATION, and one of the channels, is thru SBMA. And when there
is importation/exportation, there is $$$$$ BIG MONEY $$$$$.”
There are many non-profit
foundations who also engage in export and import activities. Take note that one
of the meaning of the word “import” is transporting commodities from other
country to our country. There are NGOs who imported Bibles, books, relief
goods, etc. We don’t see any involvement of “Big money” here! Remember that
Subic-Bay FYM Foundation is in the same status as the NGOs who also engage in
export and import activities – non-profit foundations engaging in export and
import but not for the sole purpose of gaining profits.
I WONDER WHY THEY KEEP ON
SAYING THAT SUBIC-BAY FYM FOUNDATION IS INVOLVE IN EXPORT AND IMPORT ACTIVITIES
AND ACCUSING OF GAINING LARGE PROFIT FROM THESE ACTIVITIES BUT THEY ALWAYS AVOID
TO MENTION WHAT THIS FOUNDATION IS IMPORTING?
(4) THE FOUNDATION’S EXPORT AND IMPORT ACTIVITIES IS A “BUSINESS
VENTURE.” Is Subic-Bay FYM Foundation’s activities can be considered as “business
ventures”?
As I already mentioned, Antonio
Ebangelista and his cohorts avoiding to mention those importing by Subic-Bay
FYM Foundation since it’s incorporation in 2012. It is important to see what
the foundation is importing and exporting to answer the question if the foundation
engage in “profit gaining activities” and if it is a “business venture.” To see
what are those that this foundation are exporting and importing, let us see again
the main objectives of the foundation:
A. To Facilitate the construction and maintenance of Church parsonages
and other construction necessary for the attainment of its purposes.
Image 05
Acknowledgment:
Thank you Antonio Ebanghelista for providing us the copy of the “Subic-Bay FYM
Foundation” by-laws.
The by-laws of the foundation
says, “To facilitate the construction and
maintenance of Church, parsonages and other construction necessary for the
attainment of its purposes.”
Did you notice the year of its
incorporation is also the year when the construction of Philippine Arena,
Philippine Sports Stadium and Philippine Sports Center started? As we already
know, the materials used in the construction of these buildings were
pre-fabricated in Korea and China. The Subic-Bay FYM Foundation facilitated
the legal requirements for the importation of the said pre-fabricated materials
used to build the Philippine Arena, Philippine Sports Stadium and Philippine
Sports Center.
In facilitating the
importation of the pre-fabricated materials used in the construction of Philippine
Arena, Philippine Sports Stadium and Philippine Sports Center, did this involved
gaining “big money” as Antonio Ebangelista accused the Subic-Bay FYM
Foundation? Everybody wil agree that the foundation nor the officials of the
foundation did not gain any “profit” for these importing activities. These
materials used in building PA, PSS and PSC are used solely for the construction
of PA, PSS and PSC.
How about exportation? We buy
and renovating many houses of worship worldwide. However, there are materials and
facilities needed by the Houses of Worship abroad which are from the
Philippines like the Church’s seal place on the front of our Houses of Worship, the hymnal
book, the “tribuna” and others. Remember that one of the meaning of the word “export”
is “the transport commodities or materials from one country to another country.”
Thus, Subic-Bay FYM Foundation is the legal arm to facilitate the necessary
legal requirements for the exportation of the “materials” needed for the
renovation and construction of our houses of worship abroad.
THUS, SUBIC-BAY FYM FOUNDATION
IS THE LEGAL ARM AND THE AGENCY OF THE CHURCH TO FACILITATE THE LEGAL
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE IMPORTATION OF THE MATERIALS USED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE PHILIPPINE ARENA, PHILIPPINE SPORTS STADIUM AND PHILIPPINE SPORTS CENTER; FOR
THE IMPORTATION OF OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF OTHER CHURCH
PARSONAGES AND FUTURE PROJECTS; AND FOR THE EXPORTATION OF MATERIALS NEEDED IN
OUR CHURCH PARSONAGE ABROAD.
B. To Facilitate the importation and exportation of gifts and donations.
The by-laws of the foundation
also says, “To engage in import and
export transactions for the transportation, release and receipt of gifts,
donations, endowment s and financial aids.” Thus, the Subic-Bay FYM
Foundation is the legal arm of the Church to facilitate the importation and
exportation of the relief goods, gifts and donations.
C. To work for the improvement and advancement of medical, dental,
surgical, and other related services
The by-laws of the foundation
says, “To work for the improvement and
advancement medical, dental, surgical, and other related services.”
Subic-Bay FYM Foundation is also the legal arm of the Church to facilitate the
importation needed for the upgrading of New Era General Hospital and the
construction In the future of other hospitals like the one plan to be built in
Ciudad de Victoria.
IN VIEW OF THESE FACTS, DO THESE
MAKE THE SUBIC-BAY FYM FOUNDATION A “BUSINESS VENTURE” AND “AN ORGANIZATION FOR
GAINING PROFITS”?
So these are the reasons why Antonio Ebangelista avoided to mention
what are those importing and exporting by Subic-Bay FYM Foundation during 2012-2015. Now we know what the Subic-Bay FYM Foundation importing and exporting these
past years since it’s incorporation in 2012 PROVES THAT ANTONIO EBANGELISTA IS LYING.
THESE FACTS ALSO ANSWER THE QUESTION
WHY THERE ARE THREE FYM FOUNDATIONS
These
three have different
functions. The well-known “FYM Foundation” is the agency of the Church
to
facilitate the social and civic activities of the Church like Lingap,
calamity
response activities and medical missions. WHILE the “Subic-Bay FYM
Foundation” is the legal arm and the agency
of the Church to facilitate the import activities in connection with the
construction of the Philippine Arena, Philippine Sports Complex,
Philippine
Sports Stadium, the upgrading of the New Era General Hospital, and in
the
construction in the future of a hospital in Ciudad de Victoria, the
largest
library in the Philippines if not in Asia, and other Church’s projects.
[The third FYM Foundation, the FYM Medical Foundation, is for the management of the New Era General
Hospital.]
The non-profit status of the Subic-Bay FYM Foundation shows that these
import and export activities are not for gaining profits.
SO, ONCE AGAIN, ANTONIO EBANGELISTA,
FACTS PROVE
YOU'RE WRONG!
“Contra factum non habet argumentum”

Thank you Antonio Ebangelista for providing us again the
necessary documents to prove you are wrong and lying.
