Millions trooped to Ciudad de Victoria to Join the INC Centennial Celebration

Iglesia ni Cristo members came in droves to Ciudad de Victoria in Bocaue, Bulacan to witness the church's centennial celebrations. The focal point for the celebrations was the Philippine Arena, said to be the largest domed arena in the world, specially built for this celebration.

Heavy rains and heavy traffic did not deter millions of Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) members from attending its 100th anniversary celebration. More than one and half misslion INC members and at least 10,000 buses and vihicles trooped to Ciudad de Victoria as early as Saturday noon.

The 55,000-seat Philippine Arena and the 20,000-seat Philippine Stadium coukd not accomodate the mammoth crowd that trooped to Ciudad de Victoria. However. A lot of the members, numbering over a million and a half, just witnessed the celebrations on the grounds of Ciudad de Victoria, camping out the night before just outside the arena.
