IGLESIA NI CRISTO CONTINUES "LINGAP SA
MAMAMAYAN" IN LEYTE AND OTHER AFFECTED AREAS OF SUPER TYPHOON YOLANDA
Immediately after the Super
Typhoon Yolanda (international codename “Haiyan”), Brother Eduardo V. Manalo,
the Iglesia Ni Cristo Executive Minister, directed all ecclesiastical districts
to gather “relief goods” to be send to Leyte and other areas affected by
Yolanda.
From Day One (the day immediately
after the Super Typhoon Yolanda), the Iglesia Ni Cristo conducted rescue and
relief operations through the neighboring ecclesiastical districts of Leyte.
Every members of the Church of
Christ brought their “share” to their respective locale congregation. Everyday,
the locale congregations send to the central locale of every ecclesiastical
districts the relief goods they gathered. Thus, all brethren heed to the call
of the Church Administration to help the victims of Super Typhoon Yolanda.

From the day after the Super Typhoon Yolanda slammed the Visayas region, the Church of Christ continues
conducting Lingap Sa Mamamayan (relief operations) in different areas of Leyte
and other provinces affected by Yolanda.
The Iglesia Ni Cristo "Lingap Sa Mamamayan" ("Aid to Humanity") continuously held relief operations giving relief goods to thousands of victims of the Super Typhoon Yolanda.
The relief goods distributed to the victims of Yolanda included food, water, clothing and other basic necessities.
The Iglesia Ni Cristo “Lingap Sa Mamamayan” does not only distribute relief goods, but also gives medical services. The Church Administration also deployed doctors and nurses to give medical assistance to the victims of Yolanda.

As for this date, all the brethren continue their support in their own way (donating goods, helping in repacking, etc.) to help the victims of Yolanda. The Iglesia Ni

Manalo, will continue helping those in needs as what the Lord Jesus said to His disciples:
