CNN reports Iglesia Ni Cristo relief operations

THE CHURCH ADMINISTRATION MOVED THE WHOLE CHURCH TO PRAY FOR AND HELP THE VICTIMS OF SUPER TYPHOON YOLANDA (HAIYAN)

Immediately after the storm, the officials of the Iglesia Ni Cristo in that region organized rescue and relief operations. Meanwhile, the Church Administration moved all brethren all over the world to pray for and help the victims of the Super Typhoon Yolanda. Thus, every locale congregations and ecclesiastical districts of the Church gathered donations of food, clothes and medicines to be sent to Leyte and other areas devastated by the Super Typhoon. Even CNN reported this relief activity of the Iglesia Ni Cristo:

"Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) in Ecclesiastical District of Southern Cebu, helping in packing of relief goods through the project of Felix Y. Manalo Foundation- Lingap Sa Mamamayan (Aid To Humanity)"

Helping others in need is a basic doctrine of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ). Every member of the Church were taught to care for others.

 Part of the relief goods (food packs) already shifted in Leyte. Still a lot continuously gathered in all locale congregations of the Iglesia Ni Cristo worldwide.
